About the Program

It is my experience that one can easily get lost in learning without a clear program. To study (and teach) any subject well, one needs a good textbook which provides one with structure, evaluation and a sense of completion. The latter is important, for in my own journey I have come across program, gurus and therapists where there was no end date in sight. A lack of structure and completion costs one money, time, energy and- perhaps most of all- trust.

To spare both you and me these headaches, I have chosen the Higher Vibrations for Health Happiness and Harmony program. It is a 20 week workbook created by Canadian Empowerment Coach Brian Withers.

This program can be completed independently. Furthermore, seeing how effective this program was for my own life, I learned and certified myself in this program under his personal guidance. Thus I can offer to you coaching sessions for each of the 20 weeks in the program.

They say the mind is a garden. With that logic, in these 20 weeks you will essentially learn how to be a good gardener through the modules that follow.

Introduction: Here we cover the mechanisms with which life, the universe and the mind are set up to work. If you have been having trouble with your garden, you likely don’t understand how it works.

Once the mechanisms, rules and laws are out of the way, we get to application. And application is really where the magic happens — because understanding alone changes very little. It is what you do with it that counts.

Module 1: Preparing to take charge of your life

If this journey is like growing a garden, then this module is about removing the weeds. As you will see, a bad life is a result of misalignment with our selves, which is a result of faulty beliefs and information we pick up while growing up. This is why some happy children become unhappy adults. Fortunately, our minds are flexible and forgiving, so we can always get back to who we truly are and live the good life we want.

It is designed to help you take stock of where you are right now — how many weeds and flowers you have in your garden. From there, you begin to remember who you truly are and start growing in that direction.

Module 2: Taking Charge of your life- Your Vibration

Having learned the rules of the garden and how to remove its weeds, we now learn how exactly does one grow things. This module covers techniques, knowledge and practises which make the soil fertile for planting. You will learn how to effectively feel better as a result of better thought/feeling choices. As you remain consistent in your practice, these will become more and more natural to you.

Module 3: Taking Charge of your Life- Your Vision

A rose garden looks good, smells good and is loved by many. But what if you do not like roses?

By now, you will understand that everything in life is simply a means to an end. A rose garden should be pursued if it makes you feel good. If it does not, then there is no value in it. When we live by forcing ourselves to follow the ideals of others, not only do we become resentful of them, we also become dissatisfied with ourselves. Thus, we must spend time and energy to identify the values and ideals we enjoy. You will see that taking the leap and pursuing your unique gifts and talents will not only benefit you but also the world.

For example- I wondered often about teaching others how to use their minds to feel better. However, I would be flooded with fears and insecurity. I would argue saying ‘it seems selfish to do what I want, the world may not understand’.

As I began to shift my focus away from these thoughts/feelings, I could express my natural gifts and talents more and more. This makes me satisfied in life, and a satisfied person is a blessing to everyone around them. Thus, it is a beneficial not only to us but also to others that we learn to express ourselves.

This module helps you to realise a purpose in life you would enjoy. It encourages you to act on inspirations that you have learned to identify during your days.

Finally, it ends with Mind Mastery Monitors — a set of questionnaires that help you evaluate your own progress and catch any issues early, before they grow.

In my opinion this is the most important aspect of the program and what set Brian apart for me from most coaches, therapists and gurus. After all, teach someone to fish, you feed them for a lifetime.
